Summary:
Alabama citizens no longer have to endure the status of being a crimeless victim with the passage and enforcement of the Alabama Identity Theft Law. Today we have the legal tools and it is up to law enforcement to learn and apply the investigative skills necessary to protect our citizens from this rapidly growing crime.
